Criteria (Subject to Change):

• You must be at least 21 years of age to apply
• Physical mobility and ability to lift things above average, everyday weight
• Greek fraternity/sorority-style stepping training and performance experience
• Must be a THOUGHTFUL, SELFLESS, TEAM PLAYER
• Must be a competent, driven, RELIABLE, trustworthy individual
• Must have access to reliable transportation
• Must have access to a home computer or laptop
• Must have access to secured Internet when using home computer/laptop
• Must have mobile phone with texting capability and texting plan
• Must be technologically savvy (i.e., texting, social networking, email, Microsoft® Word, Microsoft® Excel, etc.)

Duties (Subject to Change):

• Professionalism, professionalism, professionalism
• Take daily rehearsal attendance (and attendance for periodic performances and outings) via the authorized method(s) and, if necessary, upload the attendance information to the authorized email address and/or website
• Teach program participants the official authorized My5tery Music™ curriculum for Step Team Training, including, but not limited to, step team performance routines, and voice projection training, stage presence, music theory, ear training, fighting fear, anxiety, and other mental obstacles, performance and classroom discipline, group synchronicity, and performance presence
• Take two 4-5-minute HORIZONTAL (landscape) videos of each rehearsal and send them to My5tery Music™ via the digital method approved by authorized My5tery Music™ administration, and, by accepting this position, you understand and irrevocably agree that all video footage recorded by you while in a My5tery Music™ rehearsal, performance, and/or event, and/or operating under your job official title or unofficial team member capacity, is immediately property of My5tery Music LLC  
• Be prepared, willing, and available to lead your team in performances (if deemed necessary by the Executive Director)
• Be open and flexible to sudden adjustments in schedule and duties

Please Note:

Insubordination, failure to be at your assigned post(s) and be there on time, or any other behavior and/or action deemed by the Owner, Executive Director, or The My5tery Team™ to be negative and an unnecessary obstruction to the success of the program(s), event(s) and/or reputation of any part of the My5tery Music™ company overall, its management, and/or its team members may result in immediate termination, removal from the facility, and a minimum two-year ban on team member participation, program/event participation, and/or event participation and attendance.

Compensation:

• WORK EXPERIENCE: Facilitator receives vital training and work experience, which will aid them in transitioning to/enhancing their job opportunities not only in this position, but in several additional potential leadership positions
• MONETARY COMPENSATION: Up-to $30.00 per hour, depending on the number of schools, programs, and/or sponsors My5tery Music™ has secured, and the cost of those programs
